We’ve been set up at Erandwane 46/4 for several years now. At Mouldtech Systems, we mostly focus on the technical side of things, making sure the molds and parts are right. It’s a bit of a niche business, but it keeps us busy. The shop isn't very large, so we have to stay organized, though sometimes the workbench gets buried under tools and sketches. We aren't much for talking; we'd rather be working on the machines. Erandwane is a good location for us because it’s easy for folks to find. We have a few steady clients who have been coming to us since we first opened the doors. We don't spend money on fancy decor or marketing. Most of our budget goes into keeping the equipment running well. Sometimes the noise from the machines makes it hard to hear the phone, so we might miss a call now and then. If that happens, people usually just stop by. It's a hands-on kind of place. We wear work boots and carry measuring tapes everywhere. It’s not a desk job where you sit in a chair all day. We’re usually on our feet, checking tolerances and making sure nothing is warped. It’s a simple setup, and we like it that way. No big meetings or presentations, just getting the job done as it comes in. We find that a straightforward approach works best for our customers and for us too. It's just a regular workshop.
