Moraya Estate

Moraya Estate is run out of number 1, Nikita Apartment in Bibwewadi. It is a residential building, so the vibe is a bit different than a regular office block. We use one of the ground floor units as our main space. It’s a bit quiet around here, which helps when we need to focus on the paperwork. The apartment isn’t very big, so we have to be careful about where we stack all the files and folders. We have been here in Bibwewadi for a while, and the neighbors in Nikita Apartment are used to people coming and going to see us. It’s not a fancy corporate setup with glass walls or anything like that. Just a couple of desks, some old chairs, and a small kitchen area where we make our coffee. Sometimes the parking outside is a bit of a headache, but we manage. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with the office décor. It is just a practical place for Moraya Estate to operate from. Most of our day is spent on the phone or meeting people at different sites, so this is just where we land in between. It is a comfortable enough spot, even if the walls are a bit thin. We like being part of the Bibwewadi community. It feels real and grounded, just like the way we do things here every day. It is just a simple place for a simple team.
