Our office is over at Niwara Apartment in Chaitanya Nagar, which is part of the Dhankawadi area in Pune. Mohan Engineering Service Company is basically a group of us who handle technical jobs and repairs for local clients. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints, fixing machinery, or figuring out why something isn't working the way it should. It’s a hands-on kind of place. We don’t have a big corporate lobby, just a workspace filled with tools, parts, and a few desks for planning. People in Pune come to us when they have a problem that needs a practical solution. We might be out at a site all day or stuck at the desk doing calculations and making drawings. It’s not always clean work, and our hands usually have some grease on them by noon most days. We’ve been in Dhankawadi for a bit and we like the pace of this neighborhood. We don't go in for big marketing talk or empty promises. We just listen to what the customer needs and see if we can get the job done right. Sometimes the projects are small and sometimes they take a few weeks to finish. We just take it as it comes.
