Modern Engineers

Modern Engineers is situated at W-177A in the Bhosari area, near the Sindhi Colony and just off 2nd Cross Wheeler Road. Our workshop has a bit of everything in it, from old lathes to newer tools we picked up recently. It smells like machine oil and metal shavings most of the time. We spend the day cutting, grinding, and fixing various parts that people bring in. It's the kind of work where your hands stay black from grease no matter how much you wash them. The neighborhood around Sindhi Colony is pretty lively, so there is always someone walking by or a scooter beeping outside. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that; if you walk in, you'll probably find one of us hunched over a machine. We just take the jobs as they come and try to get them done right. Some days are slow and we spend them cleaning the equipment, while other days are so busy we barely have time for a tea break. It’s a small team and we’ve all been doing this for a long time. We don't bother with fancy advertising or anything. People just know we are here on Wheeler Road if they need something made or repaired. It’s a practical life and we are happy enough with the way things are going.
