You can find us at Shetke Residency, Flat Number 4. It is right behind Lucky Bazar in Kolhapur, which makes it very easy for people to find us or give directions to drivers. We have got this small office space inside the residential building. It feels more like a home than a corporate office, to be honest. There are maps on the wall and a couple of old desks where we sit and talk to customers about their travel plans. People usually drop by because they want to book a trip or need a car for a family wedding. We spend a lot of time on the phone with drivers and hotels in different cities. It gets a bit noisy when everyone is talking at once, but we manage to get things done. Rajarampuri is a lively area, so there is always something happening outside the gate. We have been doing this for years, starting out small and growing slowly over time. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most of our customers are locals who have known us for a long time. They trust us to get them a good bus seat or a reliable driver for a long trip. We drink a lot of tea while we wait for the next person to walk through the door. It is a simple life running a travel business from a flat. We just try to make sure nobody gets stuck.
