You can find us out in the Baramati district, specifically in the Late area. It's a bit of a drive from the main city center of Pune, but we like the space we have here for our operations. We have a lot of local workers who come in from the nearby villages every morning. The work involves a lot of technical stuff, mostly assembling and checking various parts before they are shipped out. The floor is usually covered with equipment and people are always moving around from one section to another. We don't have much in the way of decoration; it’s mostly just functional shelves and workstations. Lunch breaks are usually spent together in the common area, where folks talk about their families or the local news. The weather out here in Baramati can get quite hot in the summer months, so we keep the fans going all day to stay comfortable. Sometimes the power fluctuates, which is just part of being in this specific location. We’ve grown slowly over the years, adding a bit more space here and there as we needed it. It’s not a flashy setup by any means, but it gets the job done. We just show up, do our tasks, and head home when the shift is over.
