Cotmac Electronics

We are located in Pune, specifically in the 411028 area. Cotmac Electronics has been operating from this spot for some time now. It’s a typical Pune neighborhood where things are always happening. Our workspace is pretty basic. We have benches for working on things and desks for the administrative side of the job. It’s not the kind of place with shiny floors or expensive art on the walls. It’s more about the tools and the parts we have lying around. Every morning we open up, check the schedule, and get started. The traffic in Pune can be a real headache, so we all talk about our commutes when we first get in. We have a small area where we keep the kettle and some snacks. It’s where most of the actual talking happens. We aren't a big corporation with thousands of employees; we are just a team trying to make things work. Some days are long, especially when there is a lot to get through, but we just keep at it. The weather in Maharashtra can get pretty humid, so we usually have the windows open or the fans on full blast. It’s a very hands-on environment. We don't spend time on long meetings or fancy presentations. We just do the work that needs doing and try to stay on top of everything. It is a simple way of doing business but it works for us and the people we deal with.
