So, this is our Muzaffarpur branch. We are located in the 842002 pin code area. It’s a different vibe here compared to the big cities, that’s for sure. The pace is a bit slower but the work still piles up. We handle a lot of the local electronics requirements from this small office. It’s not always easy getting parts delivered on time out here, but we manage somehow. The building we’re in is pretty standard for this part of Bihar. It gets quite hot in the summers, so the fans are always going full blast. Sometimes the power cuts out and we have to wait a bit, but that's just part of life here. We aren't trying to be some huge corporate giant. We are just a local team trying to keep the machines running for our customers. People know us in the neighborhood as the guys who fix the technical stuff. Sometimes people just drop by to ask a question or see if we have a specific component in stock. It can get a bit crowded when we have a big shipment arriving. We try to keep things organized but it’s a working office, so there’s usually wires and boxes everywhere. If you’re looking for us, just ask around the local market. Most of the regulars know where Cotmac is located. It’s an honest living and we stay busy enough to keep going. We just do the work and try to be helpful.
