Bhusawal is known for being a major railway hub and that energy sort of carries over into how we work. Our office is on a plot that is fairly easy to locate once you are in the right neighborhood. It is a simple building without any of those big glass windows or fancy signs. We deal with power systems and it is a lot of practical, hands-on stuff. The team here is small and we all know each other well. During the summer, it gets incredibly hot here, so we have to manage our work around the heat. We usually start the day quite early to get the bulk of the outdoor or heavy tasks finished before noon. There is a lot of dust from the nearby roads but we keep the office as clean as we can. We don't really do big advertising. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they have worked with the company before. It is a quiet existence but we stay busy with the local projects. We take our tea breaks together and talk about the local news. It is an honest way to make a living in a hardworking town. We like the pace of life here.
