Our place is located over in Dhayari, specifically in the Ganeshnagar area of Pune. Minilec Controls has been operating out of this spot for quite some time now. It’s an industrial sort of area, so there’s always something going on nearby with trucks and other businesses. The building isn't new or particularly modern, but it serves its purpose for the kind of work we do every day. We have a small team that comes in every morning, mostly local people from around Pune who have been with us for a while. Inside, it's mostly workspaces and desks where people handle the day-to-day operations. We deal with various controls and electrical parts, which means there are always boxes and components lying around on the tables. It can get a bit loud when the machines are running or when the delivery vans are loading up in the back. We don't really have a fancy lobby for visitors, just a front desk where you can ask for someone. The commute can be a bit of a hassle during rush hour on the Dhayari roads, but we're used to the traffic patterns by now. Most of us know the routine well and just get on with things. We aren't trying to be some big corporate giant, just a steady business keeping things moving for our customers. We focus on getting the orders right and making sure the parts are packed properly before they go out. It’s honest work and it keeps everyone busy. We stay until the work is done and then head home.
