We are tucked away in S Block at Plot No.229. If you are looking for us, we are right near the Hindustan Pressing building in the MIDC area of Bhosari. Pune is a huge hub for this kind of work, so we are surrounded by other shops doing similar things. Our space is filled with the hum of the machines we use for our engineering projects. It’s a lot of precision work, but the environment is pretty casual. We wear our old clothes because they’re going to get dirty anyway. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon and we all just sit outside until it comes back on. That’s just part of working in Bhosari. We’ve been at this plot for a good while now. My assistant handles most of the small parts while I look over the blueprints and the bigger orders. We don't really have a big staff, just a few dedicated people who have been with us since the start. The traffic near the MIDC can be a real headache during the shift changes, so we try to get our deliveries out early in the morning. It’s a practical way to run a business. We don't have a receptionist; if the phone rings, whoever is closest to it picks it up. It’s a straightforward engineering shop where we focus on the task at hand and try to stay on top of the schedule.
