Miami Multi Cuisine Restaurant

We've been here on Vakilan Street in Camp for a while now. Most people know us just by walking past the shop in Purana Bazar. It’s a busy spot, number 156. We don't have a massive team or anything fancy, just a few of us in the kitchen making sure things get out on time. The menu has a bit of everything since people around here have different tastes. Some want noodles, others want something more traditional, so we just try to keep everyone happy. It gets pretty loud during the lunch rush when the street outside is full of people. We’ve had the same tables for years and they’ve seen a lot of regulars. It’s not a quiet place, but that’s just how this part of town is. We spend most of our morning getting the vegetables chopped and the stoves going before the first customer walks in. Sometimes we run out of things if the market was short that day, but we make do with what’s fresh. You’ll usually find one of us standing near the door or checking on the pots in the back. It’s a lot of work keeping a kitchen running in this heat, but we’re used to it by now. We just focus on getting the food right and making sure nobody leaves hungry. If you’re around the bazar, you’ll probably hear the pans clanking from the street. It is a simple life we have here.
