Metha Engineers

Our workshop is over in Nishrga City, specifically in the C 2 701 block in Kaspate Vasti, Kondhwa. It’s an engineering setup, so there’s always the smell of metal or grease around. We do a lot of technical work, fixing things or making parts that people need. The space is a bit cramped because of all the tools and machinery we keep inside. We aren’t really interested in having a shiny showroom. We’d rather spend the money on better equipment for the shop. It’s usually just a couple of us working at any given time. We wear work clothes that get dirty fast, but that’s the job. People in the area know us as the guys who can figure out a mechanical problem. We don’t do a lot of talking; we just get to the task. The neighborhood is growing fast, but we’ve stayed in this same spot. It works for us. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but we find other things to clean or organize. It’s a practical way to earn a paycheck. We don't have a secretary, so if the phone rings, one of us just wipes our hands and picks it up. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes we stay late if a job is really urgent, but mostly we stick to our regular hours here at the shop.
