We are based in Kirkee, Pune, over in the Range Hills Estate. Our address is house number 89/21, Type-II. It’s a government-style housing area, so everything looks pretty much the same around here with the rows of houses and the mature trees. It’s a very green part of town, which is a nice change from the dusty city center. Being in an estate like this means it’s fairly quiet, mostly just the sound of birds or the occasional motorbike passing by. We run the business from this small office, which is mostly a lot of coordination and keeping track of schedules on our computers. It’s not a fancy terminal or a big glass building; it’s just a regular house that we’ve turned into our work spot. We have a few filing cabinets lining the walls and a couple of desks that have seen better days. The commute through Kirkee is usually easy because the roads are wider than in the old city areas. Sometimes we have our meetings in the small living room area we turned into a lounge. It’s a practical way to work without all the overhead of a massive office. Most of us have worked around airplanes for a long time, so we just focus on the logistics and the technical side of things here. It’s a calm place to spend the day, even when the workload gets a bit heavy and the phones won't stop ringing.
