Merry City School & Hostel

We are located over at Matoshree Park on the 60 Feet Road. Our building is right near the Ramkrishna Mangal Karyalay in Pimple Gurav. It is a very busy road, so you can always hear the traffic passing by outside. Since we also run a hostel, the building never really stays quiet for long. There are always students around, even late in the evening. The structure is purely functional. We have the classrooms on one side and the rooms where the hostellers live on the other. It isn't a luxury hotel by any means, just a basic, clean place for students to stay while they study. We serve regular meals in the mess hall, and like any school, the kids complain about the vegetables sometimes. The staff stays quite busy managing both the teaching side and the boarding house responsibilities. It is a lot to keep track of. We see students from all over the region who come here because they need a place to stay in Pune. The Pimple Gurav area is mostly residential once you get off the main road. We spend a lot of time making sure everyone follows the schedule and stays on top of their homework. We don't have fancy brochures with edited photos. What you see is just a place to learn and a place to sleep. It’s a simple operation run by local people who have been at it for years.
