Menar Auto Components Pvt Ltd is located in the Bhosari Industrial Estate, specifically in Section 17E at J 438. It’s right in the heart of the industrial zone so it’s surrounded by other factories and workshops. We spend our days dealing with various auto parts and the machines we use make a fair bit of noise throughout the shift. The floor is usually a bit oily and there’s that smell of cut metal that never really goes away no matter how much we clean. We have a small team here and everyone knows their job. We’ve been in this spot in Bhosari for a good number of years now. The J 438 unit isn't the biggest place but we’ve organized it so we can fit all the equipment and the finished components without tripping over each other. Lunchtime is usually spent sitting outside or in the small corner we’ve cleared for a table. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights outside the building. It’s just a plain industrial shed where we do the manufacturing work. Sometimes the supply trucks get stuck in the narrow lanes of the estate and we have to wait around for them to get through. It’s a lot of repetitive work but it’s what keeps the place running. We just come in, do our shifts, and make sure the parts are ready to go out. The Section 17E area is always busy.
