Mehboob Public School

Mehboob Public School is located right in the Pooja Classic Apartment building on Somnath Nagar Road. We are directly opposite Karan Bazar in Vadgaon Sheri which makes it very easy for parents to spot us. Since we are in an apartment complex the school feels very much like a part of the local community. You hear the sounds of the neighborhood all day long while the kids are in their classes. It’s a Pune school that doesn't try to be anything it isn’t. We focus on teaching the children from the nearby blocks and making sure they have a place to learn their lessons. The traffic on Somnath Nagar Road can get a bit heavy during the morning rush but that’s just how it is in this part of town. Our classrooms are converted spaces that we’ve tried to make comfortable for the students. It’s not a huge campus with a running track but the kids seem happy enough. We know most of the shopkeepers around Karan Bazar and they see our students coming and going every day. The staff here is mostly local people who understand the families in Vadgaon Sheri. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or marketing. We just open the doors every morning and get to work with the students. It’s a simple operation and we like keeping it that way without any extra complications.
