Meera Cabs

Meera Cabs is based out of Meera Palace, which is on Plot No. 1 at Sr. No. 127/3. We are right on the Manjari Mundhawa Road. It’s a busy road, which is good for a taxi business like ours. We have our little office there where we handle the bookings and talk to the drivers. There is usually a car or two parked out front or someone washing a vehicle to get it ready for the next trip. Meera Palace isn't a grand castle or anything like that, just a solid building where we can run the business. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at maps of the city. The Manjari Mundhawa area is growing fast, so there is always a lot of dust and noise from the road. Our office is a simple room with a few chairs and a desk. We’ve been around here for a while and the local people know us. It’s a family-run feel mostly. We don't have a big corporate dispatch center with giant screens and computers everywhere. It’s just us making sure the cabs get to where they need to be on time. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic when the phones all ring at once, but we get through it. We like being on the main road because it makes it easy for the drivers to pull in and out. It’s just a regular cab office doing its best to keep things moving.
