Our office is based in Bijalinagar, which is part of the Chinchawad area in Pune. The pin code is Pune-33. It’s a bit of a trek if you are coming from the main city center, but it’s a solid place to work from. We are Mediasphere Communications Prv Ltd, but we don't really use the full name much when we are just talking among ourselves. The office is pretty basic, just a place to sit and handle our communications work. Chinchawad is an industrial and residential mix, so there is always a lot of movement outside. We have a few rooms where we keep our equipment and desks. It’s not a polished corporate headquarters with a fancy logo on the wall. It’s more of a practical workspace where the focus is on getting through the daily tasks. Most of us have been working here for a while, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. We grab lunch from the local stalls nearby, and there’s always a bit of chatter about what’s happening in the news. We don't really go for all those marketing tricks or trying to sound like a massive corporation. We are just a local company in Pune-33, trying to do our jobs well and stay out of trouble. It’s a quiet life for the most part, except when a big project comes in and we all have to put in extra hours to get it finished.
