We are located at 102, Jai Estate, right across from the SBI in MIDC Phase-1. Being in an industrial estate means there is always noise—clanging metal, trucks reversing, and the sound of machinery. We’re engineers, but not the kind who sit in clean offices all day. We’re usually out on the floor or in the workshop. The space is filled with tools and heavy parts. It’s not particularly pretty, and there’s always a bit of oil on the floor no matter how much we sweep. We’ve been in MIDC for a long time, so we know how the system works here. If a machine breaks down, we fix it. If someone needs a custom part, we figure out how to make it. It’s practical, hands-on stuff. We don't have a marketing department; our work usually just comes from people knowing where we are and what we can do. The tea man comes around twice a day, and that’s usually when we take a breather. It’s hot in the summer and damp in the monsoon, but the work doesn't stop. We’re a small team, and most of us have been working together for years. We don't need to say much to get the job done. It’s just a matter of getting the drawings right and making sure the steel is cut correctly. It is just hard work in a noisy shed, and we like it that way.
