We are located over in Moshi at Diamond Residency, specifically in the Row House B-1 area. Being on Spine Road in Pradhikaran means we are in a part of Pune that is still growing and changing. Mctm Chidambaram Chettyar Matriculation Higher Secondary School is a mouthful to say, so most of us just get on with the daily routine. The school is set up in a residential area, which makes it feel a bit more like a home than a big institution. We spend a lot of time organizing the classrooms and making sure the students have their books. The morning assembly is a big part of the day, where we all gather before the sun gets too hot. We have a small team here, and everyone chips in with whatever needs doing, whether it is answering the phone or fixing a broken chair. It can be a bit of a squeeze sometimes in the row house, but we make it work for the classes. Parents often stop by to talk about their kids' progress, and we spend a lot of time sitting in the small office area. It is a straightforward school life here, focusing on the syllabus and the exams. We have to be mindful of the neighbors since we are in a residential sector, so we try to keep the noise down when we can. Sector No 6 has been good to us since we started.
