Mcp School

If you know Baner, you know how much it has changed. Mcp School is right there on Pancard Club Road in Dhankude Nagar. We have seen the buildings go up all around us over the years. The school day starts pretty early at Sr. No 70, and there is always a bit of a mess at the gate with all the cars and scooters. Inside, it is just like any other school with kids running around and teachers trying to get them to sit still. We spend a good chunk of our time dealing with the basics, like making sure the classrooms are ready and the blackboard is wiped clean. It is a local place, and a lot of the parents live just down the street. We have a small area for the staff to eat lunch, and that is usually where most of the chatting happens. Sometimes we have to deal with the dust from the construction nearby, which is a bit of a headache. The office is usually stacked with forms and notebooks that need to be signed. We don't do anything too fancy; we just focus on the lessons and making sure the kids are doing their homework. It is a lot of work to keep the place tidy, but we manage it day by day with the help of our small team. We just try to get everything ready for the next day before we leave.
