Mbs International School

Being located at B 4 Suryalok Nagari means we see a lot of the Pune Solapur Road traffic every single day. Mbs International School is right in the middle of Hadapsar, which has grown so much over the last few years. We spend a lot of our time managing the daily rush of school buses and parents. The school building itself is always full of noise, from the younger kids shouting in the hallways to the older ones trying to finish their work. We have a lot of stuff to take care of, like fixing the benches or making sure the drinking water tanks are clean. The staff here is mostly local, so we understand the neighborhood well. Sometimes it feels like we are constantly cleaning up after the kids, but that is part of the territory. We have our meetings in a small room where we talk about the upcoming sports days or the annual functions. It is not always smooth sailing; sometimes the internet goes down or a teacher calls in sick. We just manage it as it comes. The sun can be really strong in this part of Pune, so we try to keep the kids indoors during the peak heat. It is a simple place where we just focus on getting through the school year without too much trouble or any big fuss from the administration. We usually stay late to finish up the grading before the next day.
