Mayfair Public School

You can find Mayfair Public School on the second floor of the Rukmini Complex. It's right there on Solapur Road in the Manjari Farm area of Pune. Being on the second floor means we have some stairs to climb every day, which keeps us active. The school is right in the middle of a busy commercial area. You can hear the traffic from Solapur Road all day long, but inside the classrooms, we try to keep the focus on the books. We have kids coming from all over the Manjari neighborhood. It’s a local school, and we know many of the parents by name because they live just a few streets away. The complex has other shops and businesses, so it’s always a lively place to be. We don't have a huge campus, but we make good use of the space we have in the Rukmini Complex. The classrooms are filled with desks and old chalkboards. Every morning, the hallways are full of students chatting before the bell rings for the first period. We handle the usual school stuff—exams, parents' meetings, and the occasional school program. Manjari Farm has changed a lot over the years, with more people moving in, so the school stays pretty full. We just keep doing our thing, teaching the lessons and making sure the kids are doing their work. It's a straightforward place with a lot of daily activity. We’ve been here long enough that people just know us as the school on Solapur Road.
