Max Engineers

Max Engineers is located at S-180 in the MIDC area of Bhosari. This place is full of factories and workshops, so there is always the sound of metal hitting metal or machines humming in the background. We’ve been operating out of this unit for a while now, and it’s become like a second home to most of us. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings, and there is that smell of cutting oil that never really goes away, no matter how much you clean. We don't have a big marketing department or a fancy website because we spend our time on the actual shop floor. Most of our work comes from other businesses in the MIDC who need parts made or machines repaired quickly. It’s practical work. Sometimes the power goes out or a machine breaks down, and we have to spend the night fixing it so we don't fall behind. We have a small kettle for tea in the corner, and that’s where most of our planning happens. It’s not a corporate environment at all. We wear work clothes that get dirty within the first hour of the shift. We just try to make things that fit right and last a long time. It’s a simple setup, but it’s been working for us since we opened the doors here in Bhosari. We just focus on the drawings and the lathes every day.
