Matrusri E & L School

Matrusri E & L School is located at Sr No 48 on the Katraj Kondhwa Road. If you are heading through Kondhwa Budruk, you probably pass by us quite often. It is a busy stretch of road, so there is always a lot of noise and movement outside. Inside the school, things are a bit different. We have our rooms set up for the students and the teachers. It is a practical space. We don’t have those massive playgrounds you see in movies, but we make do with what we have here. Every morning is a bit of a rush with everyone arriving at the same time. You see the yellow buses and parents dropping off their kids. We’ve been part of this Pune neighborhood for a bit now. The staff here are mostly locals or people who live close by. We drink tea in the small breaks and talk about what needs to be fixed or which books arrived late. It is a regular school day, every day. The building itself is sturdy and does the job. Sometimes the power goes out or the water is late, but that is just life in Kondhwa. We just keep going. It is a place where learning happens without a lot of fuss.
