Matrix Technologies

We are located in Flat No. 101 of the Arya-B wing in Amrutkalash Apartment. Being in Karve Nagar, Pune, means we are in a largely residential area, which gives the office a much quieter feel than being in the city center. It’s basically a flat converted into a workspace for Matrix Technologies, so it feels very much like a home. You’ll see Parul Verma around as she manages things here. We don’t have a big reception desk or a bunch of security guards. You just come up to the first floor and knock. Inside, it’s just a few rooms filled with desks, computers, and a lot of cables. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. We take our shoes off sometimes, and there's always someone making tea in the small kitchen. Working out of an apartment building means we have to be mindful of our neighbors, so we don't make too much noise. The pace is steady but not frantic. We handle our tech tasks one by one. People in the building know us, and we know them. It’s a very Pune way of doing business—unassuming and focused on the work rather than the show. We’ve been here at Pune -52 for a while, and it feels right. It’s a practical, no-nonsense setup that works for us and the people we deal with every day. It is a humble way of working, but it has served us well for all the time we have been in Pune.
