Matikhula Azad Nagar High School

Our school is located in Karve Nagar, specifically in Shop No 1 at Venkatesh Kunj in the Shriman Society. It is a bit of an unusual spot for a high school, being tucked into a society area like this, but it works for the families living around Samarth Path. The streets here are narrow, and you often see students walking in groups after their classes are over. Since we are in Hinjne Budrukh, we get a mix of kids from different backgrounds. The school itself is quite compact. We don't have big open fields, so we make do with the space we have inside the building. The classrooms are filled with the sound of teachers talking and students shuffling their papers around. It is a very local atmosphere where everyone knows the shopkeepers nearby and the people living in the apartments upstairs. We focus on the daily routine of lessons and exams. There is always some paperwork to finish or a parent coming in to ask about their child’s progress in class. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment, just the essentials for teaching. It can get a bit noisy when the classes change, but that is just how it is in a busy Pune neighborhood. We have been part of this community for a while now, and the routine hasn't changed much over the years. It is just a place for learning.
