Matha Engineering

Matha Engineering is located at D 19 in the Bhosari Pavana Industrial Estate. Being in an industrial area, it’s always loud with the sound of machines and metal. Our workshop isn't the cleanest place, as there’s usually a bit of oil or metal shavings on the floor, but that’s just the nature of engineering work. We have several heavy machines and a lot of tools scattered across the workbenches. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, especially when we have everything running at once. We don't have a fancy reception area; it’s mostly just the workspace and a small corner with a desk for the paperwork and phone calls. Bhosari is a huge area, so sometimes people get a bit lost trying to find our specific unit in the Pavana estate. We’ve got a small team here, and we just focus on the technical side of things. Most of the day is spent measuring, cutting, and fixing parts for various jobs. It’s hard work and your hands usually end up pretty dirty by the end of the shift. We usually take our breaks sitting on the benches outside to get some fresh air away from the noise. It’s a straightforward engineering shop without any extra frills or marketing. We do the work that comes in and try to keep the machines in good shape. It’s just the daily grind of an industrial unit, making sure everything is built or fixed correctly.
