Masterpiece Engg & Mfg Co. operates out of Gat No. 80 in Jyotiba Nagar. Being in the Talawade area of Pune means we are surrounded by a lot of other industrial shops, which keeps the energy high around here. Our workshop is a functional space where we handle both engineering and manufacturing tasks. It’s not a sterile environment; there are shavings on the floor and the smell of cutting fluid in the air. We’ve been doing this for years, and we’ve learned that the best way to get things done is just to put your head down and work. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy slogans for us. We just rely on the fact that we do what we say we’re going to do. Sometimes a job takes longer than we thought because of a tricky measurement, but we don't stop until it's right. The crew here is small and we all look out for each other. We’ve seen Pune change a lot over the years, but our little corner in Talawade stays pretty much the same. We enjoy the process of taking a raw piece of material and turning it into something useful. It’s a decent way to earn a living, and we just care about the stuff we make here. Making things work is what keeps us going day after day.
