We are located out in Phulgaon, specifically at Plots 191, 192, and 193. It’s a bit of a drive to get here, especially if you’re coming from the main part of Pune. You have to take the Alandi-Markal Road and then find Vadu Khurd. The area is still a bit rural in some ways, with open fields mixed in between the factories. It gets quite dusty on the road, so our white walls never stay white for very long. We have a decent amount of space across the three plots, which is good because the engineering work we do requires room to move. It’s usually quite loud inside with the sound of grinding and welding going on. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. We just focus on the engineering. Most of our guys have been doing this for years and can fix almost anything that breaks down. The lunchroom is where we all gather to escape the noise for a bit. It’s a simple life out here. We deal with technical drawings and heavy metal every day. Sometimes the power cuts out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, but that’s just part of working in this area. We aren't trying to be something we're not. We just run a machine shop that knows how to get the job done right.
