Mannat Engineering

Mannat Engineering is located out on Degaon Road in the MIDC area. We are at Plot No 8B, near Gate No 322/3/2. Being in an industrial zone like Sambhaji Nagar means there is always a lot of noise and activity. Our workshop is where we spend most of our time. It’s not a clean place, there is always grease and metal shavings around, but that's the nature of engineering work. We have our machines set up, and they run for most of the day. The roof is high, which helps with the heat, but it still gets quite warm in the afternoons. We don't really have a front desk or a receptionist. If someone comes by, they usually just walk into the shed and find one of us working. We handle different kinds of jobs, mostly whatever comes through the gate. Degaon Road is full of similar businesses, so we see the same faces every day. We usually have our tea breaks outside when the weather is nice. The trucks come in and out to drop off raw materials or pick up finished pieces. It’s a straightforward way of working. We don't have any big slogans or fancy brochures. We just focus on the machines and getting the tasks finished. It’s just us doing our thing in the industrial estate, trying to keep the machines running and the work moving along.
