Manjeera School is over in the Hadapsar area, specifically at Areka A 1. Hadapsar has grown so much lately, and we are right in the middle of all those new residential buildings. The school is located within a complex, so it has a bit of a neighborhood feel to it. We get a lot of kids from the nearby flats walking over in the mornings. It’s a simple setup we’ve got here in the A 1 building. We have the classrooms partitioned off and a small area for the administrative work. It’s not like those big old schools with huge stone walls; it’s a more modern, compact space. Things can get a little tight when the students are moving between classes, but we’ve figured out a system that works. The noise of the city is always there in the background, but inside, we just focus on the books. Our teachers are just regular people from the area who come in to do their jobs. We don't have any fancy mission statements or glossy brochures. We just show up, open the doors, and get to work. Sometimes the electricity goes out or we have to wait for a delivery of new desks, but that's just part of running a school in a developing area. It’s a very local operation. Most of our day is spent just making sure the schedule is followed and the kids are learning something useful. We keep things grounded and practical here.
