Manik Industries Ltd is located out in the Bhosari Industrial Estate at Lakhi Industry House. It’s a very different vibe compared to the retail shops in the city center. Out here, it’s all about trucks, warehouses, and the sound of machinery. We’ve been based in Lakhi Industry House for quite some time now. The building is a sturdy, practical place that fits the industrial surroundings. We don't have a fancy showroom or a place for people to just browse; it’s more of a functional space where the real work happens. Most of our day is spent dealing with logistics, checking on the production side of things, and making sure the staff has what they need. It can get pretty hot in the afternoons, especially with the metal roofs around here. We aren't really set up for walk-in visitors, but people from other businesses in the estate stop by sometimes to talk shop. The roads around Bhosari can be a bit rough with all the heavy vehicles, so getting here takes a bit of patience. We just keep our heads down and focus on the manufacturing side of the business. It’s a lot of paperwork and physical labor, and we don't try to make it look like anything other than what it is—a working industrial unit. There are no shiny office carpets here, just concrete floors and the smell of oil and metal. It’s a tough environment but it’s where we belong.
