Manik Engineers

We operate Manik Engineers from Dhankawdi in Pune, specifically at the place of Shanta Shinde. It is a local setup, more of a workshop feel than a corporate office. Being in Dhankawdi means we are surrounded by the daily life of Pune, with all the small shops and houses nearby. We handle various engineering tasks right here. The space is filled with tools, parts, and the smell of metal and oil. It is not the cleanest place, but it is where the real work happens. We spend our hours fixing things, measuring parts, and making sure the engineering projects are moving along. There are usually pieces of equipment lying around the floor and sketches pinned to the walls. We don't have a big sign or a fancy entrance. Most people find us because they know the address or have heard about the work we do. It is a very hands-on environment. When we are not working on a specific machine, we are probably organizing the supplies or talking to someone about a new project. The pace can be fast depending on what needs to be finished, but we just take it one day at a time. It is a practical, no-nonsense workshop. We stay focused on the mechanical side of things and don't worry much about how the office looks to outsiders. It is just a place for engineers to do their jobs in Pune.
