Our office is A5-101 in the Camelot building over in Viman Nagar, Pune. It is a nice enough spot, not too far from the airport, so you can always hear the planes taking off. We do creative work and media stuff here. The space is filled with computers and some old posters on the walls. We don't have a formal dress code or anything. Most of us just show up in jeans and get to work. Viman Nagar has changed a lot, becoming quite a hub, but we just stay tucked away in our corner of Camelot. We are not trying to be the biggest agency in Maharashtra. We just want to make things that look good and work for the people who ask us for help. The day usually starts with a bit of a mess on the desks from the night before. We drink a lot of coffee and spend hours looking at screens. Sometimes we argue about a design or a video cut, but it is all part of the job. It is a simple, hardworking atmosphere. We don't have a big HR department or fancy titles. We just do the creations. If you come by, you will probably find someone hunched over a keyboard or talking loudly on a mobile. It is just how we operate. It is a real place with real people doing their best to be creative every single day without much fuss or noise.
