Maithabari L P School

Our school is located in Sahdana Apartment, which is in N.T. Wadi over in Shivaji Nagar. It’s a bit of an older building, number 101 to be exact. Being in Shivaji Nagar means we are right in the heart of things, but our little corner is tucked away in the residential part. It’s a Lower Primary school, so we mostly have the little ones running around. The space is small and feels more like a home than a big institution. We don't have massive playgrounds or high-tech labs, just rooms where the kids sit and learn their basics. The morning sun hits the windows just right, and it gets quite bright in the classrooms. We spend a lot of time helping the children with their reading and writing. The parents are mostly people from the nearby houses who know us by name. It's a very local vibe. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when the children are playing, but that's just how it goes with a primary school. We don't have a lot of staff, so everyone chips in with everything, whether it's cleaning up a spill or fixing a broken chair. We’ve been here in this apartment block for a while, and the neighbors are used to us by now. It’s a simple, practical way to run a school. We just focus on the kids and the daily lessons without any extra fuss.
