We are located out in Dhadgaon, specifically on Umrani Road. It’s a quiet area mostly, and we have our setup at Vadfallya on Plot No 3/2/A. Making wine here takes a lot of time and patience. It’s not like a factory where things just pop out of a machine. We spend a lot of our days checking on the batches. The weather here affects things quite a bit. Sometimes the dust from the road gets annoying, but we keep the place clean. It’s a private company but feels more like a small family thing since there aren’t many of us working the floor. We aren't fancy people. We wear our work boots and get our hands dirty every single day. Dhadgaon is where we live and where we work. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Just us working the plot. Usually, we are out by the barrels or checking the supplies. Some days are longer than others, especially during the harvest time or when we have to ship stuff out. The road can be a bit rough for the trucks coming in. We’ve been at this for a bit now and learned things the hard way. It’s a simple life. We make the wine, we store it, and we try to keep the business running. Nothing too complicated about how we do things here. We just keep our heads down and focus on the grapes.
