If you find yourself over at One Elpro Park, that’s where you’ll find Mahle Holding (India) Pvt. Ltd. We’re right there in the Elpro Compound in Chinchwad, which is a pretty crowded area most days of the week. Getting into work can be a bit of a headache with the traffic around City Survey 4270, but once you’re inside the gates, things settle down a bit. Our space is functional, mostly filled with desks and people looking at screens or talking on the phone about schedules. It isn't a place with a lot of decorations or anything like that. We mostly just focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes the air conditioning is a bit too cold, and other times the lift takes forever, but that is just part of working in a big compound like this. People here come from all over the area, so there’s always a mix of languages being spoken during the lunch break. We don’t really spend much time thinking about being a big name or anything; we just worry about the next deadline and making sure the paperwork is filed where it belongs. It’s a steady kind of life here in Chinchwad. We’ve got our routine down, and while it isn't always exciting, it’s a job that needs doing. Usually, by five or six, the place starts thinning out as everyone heads back to the chaos of the roads to find their way home.
