You can find us at E302 in the Capriccio building, which is part of the Rama Group. We’re on the Wakad Link Road in the 411057 area. Wakad has changed a lot lately, with all these new apartment buildings and offices going up everywhere you look. Our office for Mahindra International Ltd, Pune is inside a residential complex, so it feels a bit more modern and cleaner than some of the older spots in the city. Being on the Link Road is quite handy for getting to the highway quickly, but the traffic during the morning rush hour is something else. We spend a lot of time on the phone or on our laptops since this is an international branch. It’s a lot of coordination between different time zones, which often means some of us stay late or come in very early. The office is comfortable enough for what we need, with a small balcony where we can grab a bit of fresh air and watch the cars go by on the busy road below. We don’t have any big signs outside, just the name on the door at E302. It’s mostly just us and our computers in there, working through the tasks. Sometimes we walk down to the main road to grab a quick snack from the local street vendors. It’s a good mix of a professional workspace and a neighborhood feel. We just focus on our international projects and try to keep everything moving forward without making too much of a fuss.
