Mahindra Engineering Services Ltd is based in the Vadgaon Sheri area of Pune. We are situated in the Punyanagari Society, specifically at block B 1 I 11. It’s on Shanti Ashram Road, which is a fairly well-known street around here. Being located inside a society means we are part of a real neighborhood, so you see people living their lives right outside while we are inside handling engineering projects. The 411014 area has grown a lot and there are many businesses like ours now. We have a regular daily routine, starting in the morning and working through the technical details until the day is done. Our office isn’t a big fancy tower; it is just a practical and functional space where the engineering work happens. We like being in Vadgaon Sheri because it is easy to get to, although the road can get a bit crowded when the local traffic picks up. Inside the office, it is mostly desks and computers, and we probably drink more tea than we should. We don't spend much time on decorations because they don't help with the technical drawings. It is a very straightforward operation where we focus on the task at hand and try to keep our projects on track. We have been here for a bit and it works well for us and the work we do every day.
