We are located at C 7 Sneh Vihar, which is part of Phase 1 of the CHS in Aundh, Pune. The pin code here is 411007. Working for Mahindra Engineering Designdevelopment Co Ltd means we have a lot on our plates most days. Aundh is a nice area, but like anywhere else in Pune, the roads get really packed during the morning hours. Our office is inside the Sneh Vihar complex, so it feels a bit more like a community than a cold office building. We do a lot of design and development work here, which mostly involves a lot of time spent in front of screens and talking through technical problems. It is a pretty straightforward setup with desks, some old chairs, and plenty of paperwork. We do not really have a reception desk or anything like that; you just walk in and find someone at their desk. We have been at this Aundh location for a bit, and we like being in this part of the city. It is close to some good food spots, which is where you will find most of us during the break. The work is steady and requires a lot of thinking, but we enjoy the challenge of it. We are not into big corporate talk, we just like to get the engineering right and go about our day. It is a simple place for people who like to build and design things.
