Mahendra Pratap Singh J/H School is out here in Pimpri Chinchwad. Our address is Plot No 1 in Sector No 10 of the Pimpre Chinchwad Pcntda area. The pin code is 411017. It’s a bit of a drive if you’re coming from central Pune but for the local folks it’s right there. We have a decent sized plot. It’s mostly just classrooms and a place for the kids to run around a bit. We don’t spend money on fancy brochures. We’d rather just keep the building in good shape and the lights on. Mahendra Pratap Singh J/H School has been part of this sector for years. People know us as the school on the corner of Plot 1. It’s a practical place. We don’t have those high-level corporate goals people talk about in the city. We just teach the basics and hope the kids do well. Pimpri Chinchwad is a hardworking area and we fit right in. The school is just a bunch of rooms and some teachers trying their best. We don't try to sound like anything we aren't. It’s just a junior high school. If you come by, you’ll see us there every morning. We keep a regular schedule. Nothing too exciting, just the daily routine. We like being in Sector 10. It feels like a solid community. That’s the story of our school really. It’s not flashy, but it gets the job done for the neighborhood kids.
