Maharana Pratap Public School

The school is tucked away off Katraj Kondhwa Road, right in that Cow Shed Lane in Katraj. It’s a spot people might miss if they aren't looking for it, but the locals know us well enough. We’ve been running things here in Pune for quite some time now. The building is a standard setup, nothing too flashy, just enough rooms for the kids and a bit of space for them to run around during their breaks. It gets quite lively around here in the mornings when everyone is arriving. You’ll see parents on scooters dropping off their kids before heading to work. The lane itself can get a bit crowded, especially when the school bus is trying to turn around, but we manage. Inside, it’s mostly just the sound of teachers talking and kids trying to focus on their books. We have a small office near the entrance where we handle all the admissions and the usual daily headaches. It’s a plain, honest place to get an education. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or big speeches. Our days are filled with the usual stuff like checking notebooks, preparing for exams, and making sure the fans are working in the heat. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so we have a good feel for the neighborhood. Sometimes the local cows get a bit close to the gate, which is just part of the charm of being in this part of Katraj. We just keep things moving, one day at a time.
