Our office is in New Sangvi, specifically at Flat No. 8 in the Indraprastha building, A1 wing. It’s a bit of a mix here because Maestro Industries is a franchise for Hindustan Coca-Cola, so things can get pretty hectic. Pune is a busy city, and New Sangvi has its own pace. We aren't in a big industrial park; we’re actually in a residential-style building which makes the whole thing feel a bit more relaxed. We handle a lot of the distribution and franchise details from this flat. It’s funny because you wouldn’t think a major beverage operation is being managed from a place like this, but it works for us. We have desks squeezed in, and there’s always someone coming in or out with a delivery note. The kitchen area is mostly used for storing extra files and making tea. We don’t have a receptionist or a lobby. If the bell rings, whoever is closest to the door opens it. It’s a very hands-on way to run a business. We deal with the logistics of getting drinks out to the vendors and making sure the franchise rules are followed. It’s mostly phone calls and spreadsheets. Sometimes the internet acts up, and we all have to take a break, but usually, we’re grinding away. It’s a practical setup for a practical job. We just want to make sure the crates get moved to the right places on time.
