We are located near the Kukady Colony at Surya Terrace, specifically Flat No. 19. Being in Pune, specifically this part of Maharashtra, means we are right in the middle of a lot of residential life. Chateau Intage Pvt. Ltd. isn't a huge factory or anything like that; it’s more of an administrative hub for us. We handle a lot of the vintage and wine-related business details from here. The flat is a bit small for all the files we have, but we manage to stay on top of it. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the neighbors or the street traffic, but that’s just city living. We don’t have a big sign outside. Most people just know us by word of mouth or if they have a reason to visit the colony. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and making sure our shipments are moving. It’s a lot of paperwork, which isn't very exciting to talk about, but it’s what keeps the business going. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. There’s a nice view from the terrace if you go up there, which is a good place to take a break when things get stressful. We try to keep things simple and honest. We aren't big on fancy meetings; we just sit around the table and figure out what needs to happen next. We usually have some chai around four and talk about the plan for the next morning.
