You can find us at the Mont Vert Arcade near Balaji Chowk on Sus Road. Pashan is a nice part of Pune, but it can get quite congested with all the shops and traffic. Our school for girls is tucked into this commercial space, which makes it feel very much a part of the local bustle. We have several floors that we use for the different grades. It is an interesting setup because we are surrounded by shops and offices. The girls come from all over Pashan and the nearby hills. Inside, we have rows of desks and whiteboards. We try to keep the noise from the street out, but you can always hear a bit of the city going on outside. The staff here is mostly women who have been teaching for a long time. We know how to manage the space we have. There isn't a big garden or field, but we use the indoor halls for our gatherings and school events. It’s a practical school. We focus on the lessons and making sure the students understand their work. Every morning, the girls arrive in their uniforms, and the whole building wakes up with energy. It’s a busy environment where everyone knows each other. We don't go for anything too fancy or expensive. We just keep the school running smoothly and look after the students while they are with us. It’s a lot of grading and lesson planning, but we get it done.
