We have the usual classrooms and a small area for the kids to move around during their breaks. It is a lot of management work to keep things organized. We deal with admissions, schedules, and repairs all the time. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just have to wait it out. That’s just how it is here. The staff are all locals. We know the parents and we know the kids. It’s a very tight-knit feeling. We don't spend time on fancy websites or social media. We are too busy with the actual teaching and the daily run of the school. The building is functional. It’s not a palace, but it works for what we need. Every morning we open up and get the chalkboards ready. It is a predictable routine, which is nice in a city as busy as Pune. We are just a regular school on a regular road, doing what schools do. There’s nothing more to it than that, honestly. We just want to make sure everyone stays on track and learns their lessons.
