M S Excel Engineers

We set up M S Excel Engineers over on 199 Talawade Road in the Jyotiba Nagar area. It's an industrial patch, so there’s always something being hammered or welded nearby. The shop isn't much to look at from the outside, just a heavy door and some signs of metalwork. We spend most of our time dealing with technical drawings and machine parts. It’s a lot of manual labor, really. Sometimes the power cuts out and we have to wait a bit, which is just part of working here. We aren't a giant corporation with suits; it's mostly just us in work clothes getting things sorted. The floors stay messy with metal shavings no matter how much we sweep. People bring us their components and we get to work on the lathes or drills. It’s loud and it’s hot in the summer, but that is the nature of the business. We focus on the task at hand. Talawade Road is always a mess with traffic, so we try to get our deliveries out early in the morning. We don't do much advertising; folks mostly find us because they know we're here in Jyotiba Nagar. It’s just a honest day's work for us. We keep the machines running and try to make sure everything fits the way it should before it leaves the shop. We've been at this for several years and it’s just the way life goes here. Nothing fancy, just hard work and metal.
