M E S P L is located in the industrial area of Bhosari, specifically at 4 Midc in Pune. Being in an industrial zone means there’s always noise and movement around us. Trucks come and go, and there's a constant hum from the nearby units. Our space is functional. We don’t have a fancy lobby or any of those corporate perks. It’s a place for work, pure and simple. We spend our time on the shop floor or at our desks, depending on what needs doing. The dust from the road can be a bit of a nuisance, but we keep the inside as clean as we can. We’ve been in this part of Maharashtra for a long time, so we’ve seen the area change quite a bit. Despite the changes, we’ve stayed pretty much the same. We have a small team of people who know their way around the equipment. We don’t have long meetings about strategy; we just talk about what needs to get out the door today. Lunch breaks are usually taken together, often with food brought from home. It’s a grounded way to run a business. We focus on the practical side of things and don't worry too much about the rest. If you come to 4 Midc, you’ll find us busy with whatever the current project is. It’s a solid place to work, even if it gets a bit loud sometimes.
